Dixie Uniforms

Online Orders:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please note that online orders cannot be returned in-store. For assistance, please contact orders@dixieuniforms.com

In-Store:

  • One-time exchange only within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Merchandise purchased in store is not refundable after transaction made.

Please note we do not accept the following for exchange / return.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on embroidered items, Clearance/Sale items, or stethoscopes.
  • Items with any stains, makeup marks, personal scents, or odors (perfume, smoke, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Packaging / Tags

Please make sure all original packaging, tags, etc. are included and intact. If you are missing tags, please contact us prior to return.

Items that are returned with missing or damaged packaging, tags, components, or hangers may be returned to the customer or subject to an additional processing fee of up to 20% of the merchandise cost based on the availability of those missing or damaged components.

Dixie Uniforms Online Returns

Merchandise returns from our online store are exclusively accepted via mail delivery to our warehouse. Please note that our physical stores cannot process refunds for online purchases. Kindly be aware that certain items from other brands may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Domestic Returns (Orders shipped within Canada)

  • Customer is responsible for shipping items back to us with the carrier of their choice.
  • All shipments must be made prepaid, packages shipped COD will be rejected.

International Returns

International shipments should be marked as a “Merchandise Return” with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.

Any items shipped COD or have additional brokerage fees that are charged to Dixie Uniform upon delivery will be rejected.

How to Return for a Refund?

If you would like to return for a refund, please contact us during business hours 9AM to 5PM Monday to Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 2.45 PM at 416.596.9248 EST. You will be responsible for the shipping charges back to our location.

How to Exchange?

If you need to exchange please contact us during business hours 9AM to 5PM Monday to Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 2.45 PM at 416.596.9248 EST. You will be responsible for the shipping charges back to our location.

Order Cancellation / Modifications

Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labelled “In Process.” Once an order has been “Sent to our SHIPPING DEPARTMENT” it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our shipping department and we are awaiting tracking information.
