How can I track my order?
Once the order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
How can I change/cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "In Process". Once an order has been "Sent to our SHIPPING DEPARTMENT" it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our shipping department and we are awaiting tracking information.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are filled and ready to ship within 2 business days. Upon shipping, you will typically receive your order within 4 - 7 business days in Canada, 10 - 12 business days in United States. Deliveries are subject to availability of merchandise. Rush shipping is also available extra charges will apply. Air and International shipments are subject to an extra charge, please email@example.com
What if you don’t have something I ordered?
In case we don't have the merchandise in stock, you will be notified and asked if you would like a replacement item. If you don’t want to replace the item with anything you receive a credit back. Unfortunately, we don't keep any backorders.

Will I be charged tax on my order?
Yes, you will be charged tax according to your provincial taxes. Shipping charges are also subject to sales tax.
Are the Online Sales and promotions valid In-store?
Dixie Uniforms on-line prices, sales, and promotions are only available on-line and not in-store.
How can I return/exchange my order?
You can only exchange any new, unworn, unaltered or unwashed within 30 business days of receipt of your item. Please see our returns policy for more details. Due to outbreak COVID-19 we no longer accept or do any return or refunds. Sales are final until further notice.
